Your images and results
You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the vectors Curvely makes from them. Curvely claims no rights over either and keeps no copy. Only upload images you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for how you use the results, including logos and trademarks that belong to others.
Fair use
Curvely is free to use in the browser. Please don't use scripts, bots or automated tools to send conversions, and don't try to disrupt the service or get at its source code. Access may be limited or blocked for anyone who does.
No warranty
Curvely is provided as is, without any guarantee that it will be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Check your results before using them. To the extent the law allows, Curvely is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
